About the presenter
Randall is a business consultant who has been helping businesses and organisations for more than 20 years. He is passionately committed to product and service quality, helping clients to understand their customer, and developing high performance teams. Randall has specialised in sales and marketing, hospitality and tourism management, economic development, and destination marketing. He has a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University where he studied Entrepreneurship and New Venture Development.
